Nick Blanchard – Managing Director
Nick has been at Outmere man and boy for over 30 years and still gets a huge buzz out of hitting deadlines and hearing positive feedback from happy clients. His passion (apart from family obviously!) is rugby (whether watching Harlequins, England or his boys pulling on the Teddington Rugby club shirt!)
Alix Vida Blanchard – Director/Print Supervisor/Mother/Supplies

Vida is the proud mother of Nick (and Dominic and Philippa as well of course) and although still recovering from the sudden loss of Michael, her husband of nearly 50 years, she is still enjoying life to the full and puts most of us youngsters to shame with her energy and sense of fun.
Zaki Razvi – IT/Bureau Manager
Zaki has been at Outmere for over 4 years and has 8 years experience in our industry. He has been a major part of our growth in advanced data and technical services. He has helped in designing and implementing new services and in achieving important goals. He has a passion for tennis and reckons he can give Andy Murray a run for his money.
Colin Bourne – Production Manager
Colin has been at Outmere for over 20 years and knows the machines and the people he has to work with inside out! He is always first in the office at some unearthly hour and often here late. He is happily married and recently been presented with his first grandchild!
John Crocker – Production Manager
John has also been at Outmere for over 20 years and is in charge of our clever inkjet addressing department. Whether printing onto envelopes or postcards, his knowledge and skill is unsurpassed. He loves socialising and plays a mean guitar, something his new grandson must enjoy!
Pooja Thakrar – Administration Manager
Pooja is the newest member of Outmere. She has been in the country for only 2 years and at Outmere for almost a year. She has settled in with huge enthusiasm and her commitment and energy helps our customer service team run smoothly. She has a passion for fashion.
Albert Cedro – Data Analyst
Albert at a mere 24 years of age is the youngest member of the Outmere team but has excelled to a senior level within just a couple of years. His contribution to the data team has been outstanding. He is a fitness freak and enjoys a good game of basketball.
